I have over 6 years of experience working as a conveyancing assistant and I am currently in the process of completing my CLC qualification. My work involves the general typing of letters/documents for files, preparing Contract, quotes, inputting data, registrations, preparing files for completion and dealing with completions on the day and taking telephone calls from clients with general enquiries.
I have worked in the legal profession for over 6 years and therefore have considerable experience in most aspects of property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages and transfers of equity for individuals and companies. I am self-motivated, work well under pressure and have a positive approach to all transactions.
I enjoy reading, holidays, walking and evenings out consisting of friends, nice food and a fine bottle of wine.
